The Sea Colony HOA is an association of homeowners in the Sea Colony
Point Loma Development, located in San Diego, California. This website is
the portal to the association and a contact point for residents and
HOA Board of Directors.
Since 1976 Sea Colony, has earned its reputation for being a safe and pleasant community that provides a high quality living environment for its homeowners. Our community is governed by a Homeowners Association.
There are many volunteer owners who give their time to help provide
activities, protect and preserve our “Common Areas” maintain
architectural standards and promote safety for our residents. We elect a seven member Board of Directors
who represent Sea Colony and coordinate a dedicated group of committees.
There are many ways to be involved in our community just volunteer! All residents are welcome to attend the monthly HOA meetings.
